This is a quick meal perfect after a morning workout or before a busy day in the office! It provides over 20 grams of protein to keep you energized. The cherries add sweetness and antioxidants that help your body heal and repair. Cherries and pomegranates contain a special antioxidant called anthocyanin, which helps to reduce inflammation too! Healthy fats like walnuts provide omega 3’s to support brain and nerve function. You’ll be able to perform your best in and out of the office (even if you work from home).
Beets are a great source of nitrates which our body converts to nitric oxide, which helps increase blood flow too! Some studies have shown reductions in blood pressure by consuming beets. You’ll be able to enjoy this smoothie knowing that it’s supporting your body inside out!
